Our pricing is based on the type of service and the scope of the job. A walkthrough estimate is required prior to the first cleaning at any given location. These walkthroughs take about 15 minutes and are always free.

No. As long as we have a way to enter and lock up, you do not need to be home.

We will send you an invoice. This can be done after each cleaning or once per month (at the end of the month), your choice. Once you receive an invoice (seen via email, text or client hub/portal), you can pay with a check, card, or ACH. For ultimate convenience, you can sign up for our auto-pay. There are no processing fees..ever.

Do I need to leave a tip for the housekeeper?
Tips are always accepted, but never required. You can leave a tip any in any of the following ways: Leave it at the jobsite (must be clearly marked or handed in person as we do not take money just left out) Add a tip when you pay your invoice. Call or text to request a tip be added. If you choose to send a tip via our office or when paying your invoice, the housekeeper will be alerted that it is from you :) The office does not take any portion of the tip and it is only given to the housekeeper to whom is meant to have it.
